About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To survive this semester

ABOUT ME

I'm kind, outgoing, talkative, interesting, sometimes funny, and always open minded.I love to read and travel and learn new things.

PHILOSOPHY

To take it a day or step at a time. You never truly know where you are headed or where you will end up, why not enjoy. I want to get everything I can and some of the best things that have happened to me have come from wandering.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I jump in feet first.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't done much on my own, but I started couch surfing with my parents when I was a teenager. I almost always had a great experience and want to continue!

Interests

I love to read and talk about things. I like to understand how people think and see and experience everything I can. I absolutely love to try new things!

Music, Movies, and Books

Any, any, any, except horror. I can't promise to like it, but I will try it. Honestly my favorite genre is fantasy, I also like romance, classics, and historical novels. As for music, I like the radio (top 40's, and indie) but I will listen to anything. Pride and Prejudice is one of my tops (both book and movies) right now, but that will change in a day. For the past few months "10 Things I Hate About You" has been my favorite movie, especially since it's based off "Taming of the Shrew"

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Being in awe inspiring places. Seeing the temple of heaven and being at the ocean. I have also been awestruck with the kindness of people. I think that leaving home to be an au pair is one of the most amazing things I've done, just ask I could go on for a while.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can play chess and a bit of piano (always looking to learn). I can talk about politics and fantasy and traveling. I also love to cook and bake and try new food! I would love to learn more about music (playing and appreciating) and am always up for trying to speak in new (to me) languages.

Countries I’ve Visited

Belgium, Canada, China, France, Germany, Israel, Netherlands, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

Netherlands, Spain, United States
