Australian living in San Diego. I attended college in the USA living in West Virginia and Michigan before moving to Southern California. I played Soccer competitively for most of my life but now am working full time and exploring other interests such as climbing and surfing.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've always loved the idea of having unique and authentic experiences and couch surfing offers such a different avenue and insight into a place rather then being in a hotel or Airbnb. I used couchsurfing as a traveler when I travelled through Europe in 2019 and it introduced me to some friends and memories I will have for life. I want to give back to the system as a host now and just maybe help in creating that same experience for others like I did.

I enjoy all genres Of music. I particularly love hearing new types of music especially from different cultures. My favorite artist would be Santan Dave. My favorite movie would have to be either Whiplash or Chasing Mavericks.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can offer insight into Australian and American culture and my experiences in life so far. I'm studying to become a licensed civil engineer so I can probably help with any maths as well but I can't sign off on it just yet.
