About Me

A scientific mind in a humanistic soul, a perfectionist looking for his place in the world, a devoted tennis fan studying mechatronic engineering presently - that`s me!

Tennis is an unusual inspiration for me - persistent fight to the end, paying attention to details and fair-play rules accompany me as they accompany players on the court.

I am rather kinda an introvert, who thinks and analasys world a lot. That`s why I sometimes can act on shy and prefere silence but it doesn`t obstacle to do spontanious and crazy things another time. This is one of the reasons I would call myself "a hybrid". I am often open for deep talks and colliding views (especially with people wiser than me) and always ready for new, original experiences! Therefore I treat also couchsurfing as breaking my barriers and I`m grateful to hosts who show acceptance for my steady developement and decide to host me, knowing my traits.

Learning and using foreign languages make me a huge pleasure.
ICH SPRECHE GERNE AUF DEUTSCH, DA MIR DIE SPRACHE SEHR GEFÄLLT. DESHALB BEGRÜSSE ICH ALLE DEUTSCHSPRACHIGEN KONTAKTE AUF MEINEM PROFIL!
MI SUEÑO ES HABLAR ESPAÑOL CON FLUIDEZ EN EL FUTURO!
About my other interests you can read in a paragraph below.

Almost three years ago I started making contacts with foreigners using web. Now I can say with no doubt - it was one of the breakthroughs in my life - it has opened my mind and let look beyond the horizon.

Recently I thought: "Skype conversations and chatting with the foreign-culture humans have given me a lot. It`s time for the next step. It`s time to make contacts not only through Internet but also meeting engaging people in reality." Couchsurfing is an ideal opportunity to enable me to do it!

Here you can glance at me answering a question "Do you believe nithing is impossible?": https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bN6TPeqZ4dA. My views presented in this video are based completely on my own experience, I hope you`ll enjoy it and be inspired after watching it. ;)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

What`s better way to get to know about local culture than having a great conversation with this area`s inhabitant? Nobody else gives such useful pieces of advice connected with sightseeing the surroundings. That`s a great initiative for both sides as a person who host can meet eye to eye with a foreign culture, mentality and sometimes exotic customes not going out from home. It`s also a perfect opportunity to travel as cheap as possible - which is so impotant for student who wants to uncover breathtaking nooks of the world.

Interests

To point out all my interests on my profile - impossible! Firstly, because I`m interested partly in almost all the issues happening in the world. I`m very active and discovering new engaging fields of study is a pure pleasure for me. And secondly, I even don`t know all my interests and step by step I`m getting to know more and more about the universe which has got plenty of misteries worth exploring.

Music, Movies, and Books

Films: Frantic, Forrest Gump, The Green Mile, The Grand Budapest Hotel, The Help (generally ambitious ones, which make me think over or which are injections of great music and perfect, unique photos);

Books: Das Parfum. Die Geschichte eines Mörders, The Master and Margarita, Ferdydurke, Crime and Punishment (strange and artistically highly set books);

Music: latino rythms and saxophone sounds, Rammstein (whose songs have helped me with learning German), Stromae, Red Hot Chili Peppers. Songs have their own task. Ones are relaxing whereas others full of life-stories. Among my favourite ones are ones with deep and motivating text, eg. "What are you waiting for?" sung by Nickelback was very useful as gave me extreme power before my matura exams.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I`ve wondered which episode to choose to mention about in this gap. And I decided to present one of these ones which describe me perfectly.

In the second class of my secondary school I decided to take part in one of the economic contest (I used to participate a great deal of diverse contest on my educational way.). Honestly, I made a decision to do it just for achieving a nice mark. At the same time, I was aware of what prizes had gained winners of that contest previous year. After looking at the outcome of the first stage, I thought: "I`ve got a chance to be in top 3 in the final and I need to do it!". It was only one time when I had been abroad until then. You can only imagine my reaction after taking finally he second place in that contest. Then, among other worthful prizes, there was a trip to Belgium with a special visiting of European Parliament which I was fighting for! This was one of the moment which shows, that life`s worth living!

This example proves that when I`ve got unequivocally sketched aim than I`m full of motivation to realise it. Hard work can be called my second name. It also shows how important is discovering new countries for me and what I`m able to do to fulfill my dreams.

Teach, Learn, Share

Of course I can teach You at least a few Polish words which a great deal of foreigners consider hard to pronounce. I could tell you how to travel through Poland as cheap as possible and which destinations are worth visiting or how to count points in tennis. I could also counsel how to prepare for 10 km run in three weeks or keep a cool head every time your own cell phone is lost (I`ve been already skilled in that. :)).

I`d love to hear which places you`ve visited and advise to go to. To my mind people should learn from each other because everybody`s unique, has their own story of life. I`m rather young so if you`re more exeperienced maybe you`d like to share with me some golden thoughts. I`m open for different points of view, maybe we wouldn`t agree in some of them, but is that wrong? Then a conversation is even more interesting!
