ABOUT ME

i'm a non-smoking vegetarian, a respectful soul who wants to share light and love. i have an amazing wife (shauna) and 3 sons (8,10 and 17 years old). we are urban homesteaders. with big gardens, beehives, a few lovely hens, 2 ducks and a grey cat. we love our active life style. we grow big gardens, love camping, playing music, cooking delicious food and meeting new people. life is good...even when you think its not.

i'm so excited to be apart of this community. i love meeting other conscious people. we have so much to learn from each other. i feel the more we reach out and get to know the way others live, it will bring us (humanity) closer together.

i like most music except heavy rap and country. i do enjoy blue grass and some hip hop though. i really like roots reggae and world music. i play west african drums and a bit of guitar.

i love to read and often get lost in books.
i enjoy any book written by tom robins. my favorite being jitter bug perfume.

i don't watch t.v. and i feel its a waste of time
