never had a bad experience, even slight irritations with guests are very rare.
Also host of hospitalityclub and SERVAS (35 years). traveler worldwide, wouldn't do it without the chance to meet local people.

Home exchanges
Flying in a motorglider across America and Europe for several years.
Extensive sailing in Europe, US East Coast, Caribbean, sailing across the Atlantic 2014/15, since then in France and Northern Europe. 2019/20 crossing Europe from Holland to the Black Sea on interior waterways.
