About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Find out what life is about...any ideas?????
ABOUT ME
I'd say just a normal fella but I'd be lying because I'm not sure what normal is. References tell ya a lot but if your lazy like me, the brief synopsis is: Happy (as much as possible), Funny (I think so, so does my mom!), Outgoing (for the most part), normal wandering fool who's not really sure about where his life is going but going to try and enjoy and savor as much of it as possible...hopefully bringing you along for the ride :)
if your bored out of your mind, you can read what I've been doing on my travels :) Usually about 5 cities behind..c'est la vie
PHILOSOPHY
If it doesn't kill ya, it only makes you stronger.
Without happiness in your life, why live?
A life not lived is a life not worth living.
There are experiences to be had everywhere, why not search for one.
Dream as if you will live forever. Live as if it is your last day.
Have fun, be young, drink Pepsi....or whatever else you want
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Hosted, surfed, get-togethers, drinks of all kinds, whatever really. The more involved, the more interesting people you meet.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Traveled Europe for a bit (25 or so countries). Spent a month touring Asia (Cambodia, Japan, Thailand, and ended at a friends wedding in India), hiked the Salkantay Pass to Macchu Pichu, went on a walkabout down under, and always try to meet locals via couchsurfing along the way.
Interests
Sports of all sorts (Vball & golf are what I play the most but up for anything)
Anything that sounds interesting.
Good Times with Good People.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music...Truly everything (from America at least...all on a nice detachable hard drive I bring with me..just saying in case you might want to trade :)
Movies depend on the mood. All time favorites are Tombstone, Good Will Hunting, Casablanca (finally made it to the city! woo-hoo). Prefer comedies b/c I really like to laugh...alot!
Books are like food..love almost everything. Just finished "The House of the Spirits" by Isabel Allende and "The Shadow of the Wind" by Carlos Ruiz Záfon. I'd put The Shadow of the Wind as one of my top 3 books ever read. Highly highly recommend! Now getting a bit philosophical with Viktor Frankl's "Man's Search for Meaning".
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Truly been alive...not often enough sadly...working on it though...so should you!
Experienced unconditional love. WOW is all I can say to that. Hopefully I shall find it someday again.
Teach, Learn, Share
Most important thing I have learned.. "Life is Linear!" only moves one way in a straight line. Means no reason to dwell on the past (except as a learning experience).
Everyday do something nice for someone...could just be smiling at someone..sounds easy but try it sometime...makes the world a better place.
It's better to have a few great friends than to have tons of acquaintances...try to be one of those friends!
What I Can Share with Hosts
