I was born in the Swiss Alps, grew up in Istanbul, and later spent several years in South Korea and Portugal. With roots in different places, I often just say I’m a world citizen, still discovering where “home” feels most true.

Travel for me is less about checking off destinations and more about the people I meet along the way. I enjoy meaningful conversations, learning new languages, and seeing everyday life from different perspectives.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I’ve lived in different parts of the world, I’ve learned that the most meaningful part of travel is the human connection. Couchsurfing feels like a way to keep that spirit alive.. sharing stories, learning from one another, and creating little “homes” wherever we go.
