To couchsurf for the very first time in Berlin, December 2012!

ABOUT ME

I aspire to become an entrepreneur. My dream would be to launch my idea from my garage with a couple of close friends. My venture would definitely be travel related.

In the meantime I’m finishing off a Commerce degree to help with the business side of things. I’m currently on a semester exchange in Utrecht, The Netherlands which has lead me to see some amazing sights. (Jokulsarlon in Iceland and Kaleva church in Finland to name a few)

PHILOSOPHY

1. The Golden Rule – Do onto others as you would do yourself
2. Listen – We should all learn to be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to get angry. Instead of being quick to speak, slow to listen and quick to get angry.
3. You are your biggest setback to achieving the impossible.

兴趣

I love cooking Asian food (my top dishes are Malaysian Laksa and Vietnamese Rice Paper Rolls). I love sharing different cuisines with others and seeing them enjoy the new tastes and flavours.

I’m a guitarist having bought my first guitar (little Martin) in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. I am a self-confessed Ed Sheeran lover. I can play and sing most of his songs.

Back home in Australia I love to breakdance/rapdance. I don’t dance as much as I use to but I always love getting down and dropping some dope power moves.

Funk, Soul, Breakbeats – any music that makes you want to get up and dance. One band that puts a smile on my face is The Cat Empire. Also Breakbot and Madeon are artists I admire a lot.

Acoustic - Ed Sheeran and John Mayer. Songs that touch you and make you warm and fuzzy.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Driving down a highway in Iceland and accidentally stumbling upon a waterfall you could see from the road side. As we walked towards it, the sun was completely out and a rainbow started to appear. It was a magical moment.

I can teach anyone how to dance, how to cook, how to play the guitar, how to snowboard, how to come up with new business models. All that jazz ;)
