Very positive and inspiring to be around. I enjoy finding what peoples passions are and stoking their fires as well as my own.

Into the healing arts: yoga, reiki, massage, Traditional Chinese Medicine, singing, laughing, loving life!

I can also spend an entire day at the beach with a good book and be totally satisfied.

Stayed with some amazing people in Hawaii. Haven't had a solid place to allow surfers but hope to soon.

I create art using found wood and the knots in the wood as eyes to help bring out whatever is in there. freindswithwood.com is the site for all that.

I love to garden and prefer organic vegetarian or vegan, mostly gluten free eats. I enjoy local foraging and mushroom gathering, which is my latest hobby.

For work in Vancouver I am the art teacher, percussion teacher and bus driver for a non profit after school music program for inner city kids called Saint James Music Academy. I have been there for 3 years and love that I get to travel from time to time being in the school schedule.

Went to Burning Man without a ticket and manifested one on the plane ride there. Did a 10 day silent vipassana meditation retreat in Thailand, 16 day canoe trip down the Swanee River in Florida.
