Hi, my name is WooJu Kim, living in seoul. I'm really interested in english, so I've praticed english everyday through movie scripts for 6 months. Like shadowing what the actors are saying, commiting all of the script into the memory.. The reason I study english is just for one, to speak with forigner. I love traveling and meeting a lot of people in travel. Whenever I meet with them, I really want to talk with, but I can't because I'm not well in english.. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm planning to travel on July in Vietnam and Thai, and on August in Europe. Actually, I enjoy staying in guesthouse and hanging around with travellers from different countries, but this time I want to be close with native. I would like to talk and share with them about culture, life, and everything.

The first one I want to say is of course the people. I'm really curious and open minded to other cultures, and always ready to accept them. I really wanna come in their culture, and be one of their life. And I'm also interested in music and dance.

My favorite genre is Hiphop. I don't have favorite singer, but I really enjoy exciting music with dance.
And best movie in my life is 3 Idiots. That makes me think about my life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

About 4 years ago, I traveled in Bangkok. I was interested in waterborne traffic, so I just took the boat and ship. Coming back from waterborne traffic, I just got off in strange city by mistake. At first, I was little bit embrassed, so I just keep walking to find the way. But by chance, I could see beautiful bridge. Walking on there, I could meet many beautiful seceneary. I don't even know where it was. It was far from the famous sights. From this experience, I realized that unexpected things can be more touching than well-planned.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm leader of english study group in korea. I'm also not perfect in english, but I'm just helping beginners. And I'm starter of Russian. I'm planning to go Russia on Sep. And I want to share about korean culture with people who have interest in korea.
