ABOUT ME

I study economics in my country but last year i decided i wanted something else for my life. It wasnt that i didnt like what i was studying or the way my life was going it was just that i thought there are some other things about life that you need to experiment in another way and i believed the best way to achieve that was travelling - I wasnt wrong.
CS is a place where travellers from all over the world have the chance to meet, exchange points of view, talk, have a cofee...relax and grow at the same time. Im not talking about growing in age, im referring about other aspects of what a person is made of, values, feelings...growing as a person. Experience. Opening your eyes. Learning other cultures, other ways of doing things. Opening our eyes. Some of the things travelling gives you.
Therefore i believe everybody desearves some journey in their life, get out of the routine, gain some self-confidence. Thats what i like about CS, its making things easy to people that need to escape. Its not something easy to do to say good bye, go far from your family, your home, your safeness ...but CS is making it easier. Hope more people know about this place and the community grows bigger and bigger!
So if you ask my best friends what would say about me, id say it wouldnt be really accurate..im in the middle of a big trip and as i said before this is a big process of maduration in lots of aspects, those that school or uni cant teach..
What i can say about me is that i believe im an easy-going person that enjoys simple things in life. I dont need big things to be happy because happiness its everywhere. Just meeting someone new, a sunset or good meal are some of the things were i find myself happy. And thats the key word.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I heard about couchsurfing from a blog i was reading. At first a lot of questions came up, but then suddenly i started how this great small community works.
I think CS its very important cause travelling its not just going to some place and take pictures or go sightseeing..Travelling its getting deep in the culture of a place, eating local food, listening to local music and learning their language. Thats travelling.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first experience with couch surfing was totally disorganized and unexpected!

Hitch hiking from Laos to Thailand through the jungle (after we made it they told us over there live tigers, wild pigs and bears!)

Swimming with sharks in Thailand! That was scary!

Almost 1,5 year traveling around the world including 4 continents in my 20 years and proofing everything in life is possible. EVERYTHING!
