About Me
Somehow, as it all turned out, I haven't lived anywhere for longer than 18 months in the last 14 years. Some of it's been abroad, but since September 2014, I've been living on the road, working remotely and driving around the US (and sometimes Canada) with my husband, Julian, and our sweet dog, Shay, who we found along the way in the Arizona desert <3
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I was introduced to this community by a friend (and CS legend Aviva La Loca:) back in 2008, just out of college. I hosted a lot that summer and fell in love with the movement. For years, I enjoyed surfing and hosting and the meetups and the amazing curious, friendly, welcoming energy that surfers around the world all seemed to share.
Unfortunately, after a couple of negative experiences, I kind of fell off the wagon... but still get excited to meet that same kind of spirit here and there...
