Adam and I are currently traveling around the world for 8 months. We are looking forward to having unique experiences by interacting with local people in their own social environments.

PHILOSOPHY

All or None. Live life to the fullest and leave nothing on the table. Life is short so do what you want while you still can. Don't procrastinate because you may not get a second chance.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We look forward to hosting many fellow Couch Surfers in Maui, Hawaii when our trip ends in November.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We most enjoy going to local restaurants/bars and experiencing the nightlife that is unique to the countries we visit.

Adam: After moving to Charlotte, North Carolina to work in a new office I initially planned to sleep on our mate's couch for a week before renting a place. I ended up being on the couch for three months... my friends didn't want to see me go.

We are interested in pretty much everything: surfing, wake-boarding, flyfishing, skateboarding, golfing, movies, music, guitar, billiards (on a level table, not like the ones you find while traveling on the Everest Base Camp trek), and any other cool hobbies that tickle our fancy at the time. "Try everything twice" is our motto.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

The trip we are currently on: Although many people were not supportive with the two of us quitting the work force and traveling to 42 countries, we decided to follow through with our journey and chase this life goal. So far we've visited India and Nepal - Everest Base Camp, traveled overland from Nairobi to Cape Town, and are going to the 2010 World Cup... To be continued.

Also, we toured Alaska in '08 to fulfill a childhood dream of fishing for salmon on Kodiak Island. Simply amazing!
