About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To make great memories and experience other cultures!

ABOUT ME

I enjoy hiking, camping, history, museums, coffee, beer, and meeting people with different backgrounds.

PHILOSOPHY

Hhmmm...where to begin? I enjoy reading and sharing good quotes. The following quotes describe at least part of my personal philosophy.

Don't ask yourself what the world needs. Ask yourself what makes you come alive, and go do that, because what the world needs are men who have come alive.
-John Eldredge

"Learn to talk to those who are different than you, or you will only end up talking to yourself"
-Yours truly

The universe is so vast and so ageless that the life of one man can only be justified by the measure of his sacrifice.
-A WWII RAF pilot

But all of the rituals in the world do not compensate for the ache we sometimes feel when we wish we could speak to those who came before—to tell them what we have become, to ask of guidance, to compare experiences, to explain, to listen.
-Mark Getlien
