CURRENT MISSION

PLEASE DO JOT FOR REQUEST NEW YEAR’S EVE. Not sure if hosting is worth it any longer. People ask to stay. Then they disappear. Or say they’re coming and don’t turn up. Younger people especially seem to think this is a free hotel service. Really tired of the rudeness I try to be an Easy going, hospitable single professional in London on a mission to meet interesting people and enjoy life. I like having company and hearing about people's travel experiences. My only requests are that you read my profile and hosting preferences before enquiring and please communicate any changes of plans .

ABOUT ME

Very passionate about rugby union. Coach and still play a little at the (very) social level) I like travel, the outdoors and sport of all types. Gay (and straight) friendly. Note that group memberships are indicative of my interests - not requirement for guests. You don't need to be a gay naturist golfer to stay at my place!

I've get a bit burnt out on Couchsurfing at times. People treat it like Freebnb and have no qualms changing their plans at the last minute. Or like my most recent guest leave you a negative review because you don't have time to run errands for them. Please be respectful of my time. If I tell you in advance I’m leaving at 9:00 in the morning you should be out by 8:30. If you’re arriving late due to travel delays please keep me well up to date, and remember that an Uber that may save you 30 minutes of time late at night is worth it to prevent your host waiting.
