About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Improving compassion, developing consciousness, being happy

ABOUT ME

I am going to study Resource Efficiency in Architecture and Planning in Hamburg this year.
In the past year I was living in England and travelling in Asia, SE-Asia and New Zealand. I was a mindblowing experience, I am still overwhelmed by my impressions and insights.

In that sense, I convincingly can say, that everything is exactly in that way as it is supposed to be. Mind determines matter but forms out of mind. In case anybody should be bothered by unsolvable mind hurdles, go to "Kopan Monastery" in Kathmandu or any other 10-days retreat of Buddhism. It will blow your mind as long you are open to that.

I steadily try to bring happiness to others and give them a view into my new acchieved attitude. Basically it is defined by my belief, that what you give is what you get, simlpy said.
My current mission, added to the one above, is fighting against unconscious habits and my own ego, the true enemy of society and happiness.

According to my future study I love to think sustainably and act accordingly, use only what I need and recycle as much as I can (I cut these large paper napkins into quarters and it is still enough ;) That's my most current issue these days.

Besides from that I love endurance sports, head to finish the full marathon in Hamburg in 2015, enjoy to cook with colorful ingredients and nutrient vegetables aaaaaand what I love most is talking to people, no matter what's the topic as long it is a topic and not a superficial layer of a topic.
Life is a precious and I truly appreciate and love it.

PHILOSOPHY

Where there is a will, there is a way.

You can acchieve everything what you like.

Compassion before Ego.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like movies with a deeper importance and good idea standing behind them like "Seven Lifes", "Pay It Forward", "Deja Vu", "Inside Man", "Forrest Gump", but also typically "men-Films" like "Smokin Aces" or "Lock, Stock & Two Smoking Barrels"

Music: Generally I listen to every kind of music as long it is good music. In my opinion, every genre has something adorable to offer and it is only a matter of interest and time to find it.
Currently I am listening to few music because I don't give myself sufficient time to awarely listen to it. And it is no pleasure for me anymore to listen to something while I am working or doing something else, short: distracted.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

too little space and time but THE ONE thing, that changed my most is

Kopan Monastery in Kathmandu in cope of the Introductory Course to Buddhism and Meditation.

Highly highly recommendably

Teach, Learn, Share

There is no particular group or type of people I prefer to meet. It depends on the situation as well as my current mood.
Generally I like to think that I am going to learn from everybody and I believe it.
Tendentially I prefer people who give me resistance and opposing views since I believe that only with arguments in a nice way you can learn something new.
But from time to time it is very uplifting and even elevating to talk to people who already think like I do and talk ourselves onto a higher level of consciousness. (By the way the best "high-state" of mind I can imagine)

Countries I’ve Visited

Countries I’ve Lived In
