ABOUT ME

Hey all!

I'm just a 24 year old guy from Amsterdam. I'm currently wrapping up my study and will continue working as DJ. I'm working on my own records and just want to give it a shot! If it fails, &#%@ it! I'll always have my degree ;)

But before I am going to work (for the rest of my life) I am going to travel! I'm just a down to earth, relyable, fun, outgoing guy who wants to do whatever he wants. Life is what you make of it, and I'm going to honor that phrase by living it!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I just love to meet new people! As long as I am living in Amsterdam before my travels, people are welcome to stay when possible (due to roommate issues). This leaves another very fun thing, showing people around the city! Have some drinks, go out, go to museums, etc!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am a House DJ myself, hence my music taste! I can listen to pretty much everything except country, classical, hardcore, speedcore, terror and that kind of "stuff". No offence ;)

I can play pretty much any kind of House music, but I prefer Funky and some "underground" Electro. Funky being: Bob Sinclar, Gregor Salto, DJ Roog, etc. Electro, think: Martijn ten Velden (my cousin), Fedde le Grand, Funkerman, Mark Knight, etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the best examples EVER:

We were bored on a school day (monday morning) and decided to rent a car and go to the Alpe D'Huez in France for 2 days. We got totally hammered, went skying and swimming at freezing temperatures and were back on thursday morning 08:30 sharp. Just in time to make it into class ;)

Great way to get "unbored"! :D
