I'm a writer and teacher (accessible yoga, Montessori, English). I practice mindfulness in the Plum Village tradition.

I love cooking and baking delicious vegan food, good conversations, art museums, cats, gardens, origami, traveling, meeting interesting people. I am very interested in science and sustainability and can also read your tarot cards!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've spent thousands of hours in art museums.

I also lived in Paris for five years. I wrote this poem about it:

Paris, you are a strange dream that wakes me up at night and a beautiful dream I contemplate.
You broke my heart, revived it, broke it again, filled it with courage, broke it again, breathed life into me (life and something else). I may never be Parisian, but my heart says Paris, Paris…
Here I am again. Please be gentle. I’m just passing through to say thank you and au revoir.
