ABOUT ME

I am a Canadian now living in China for a very long time. My home city is Toronto. I now live at Wudang and I am studying Daoism and Kungfu under my master. I spend all day training Wudang Kungfu, exercising, meditating, and other things that my master tells me to do

PHILOSOPHY

To grow stronger pretty much sums it up. I get a great satisfaction when something hard becomes easy, part of the reason I came to live at wudang.
