ABOUT ME

I love my job: Zumba and Pilates Instructor, and everything that has to do with dancing and movement and body awareness. In the summer I go to festivals and camps to offer sessions as a complementary therapist and workshop leader (Glastonbury, Landed Festival, Geckgo Festival and Dance Camp Wales).

Interested in anything that's to do with complementary therapies, healing, wellbeing and dance/movement - especially Authentic Movement, Focusing, Pilates

Far too busy to go on holidays abroad at present, hope that will change eventually

Haven't got round to staying with anybody myself yet....

Interests

Zumba - mad. When I'm not hopping about wildly, I like best to hang about and read murder mysteries or watch films.
