We have hosted many guests on our couch in our handsome apartment in San Francisco.

I have stayed on many a couch, floor, and bed, and I appreciate how gracious people are in sharing their space. I am always happy to cook in exchange for a place to stay!

I hiked the southern half of the Appalachian Trail, through Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina and Virginia, where I saw an ADORABLE bear cub with paws and ears too big for its little bear body. Fortunately the mama bear was not around!
