ABOUT ME

Hi,

I really love travelling and experiencing other countries and cultures so it was kinda obligatory for me to join Couchsurfing to meet new people and get to know new things.
My hobbies are bouldering, swimming and dancing at the moment, so everyone that wants to join up for any of these, just ask. I really like hiking and cycling and I'm also up for most other outdoorsy things.
When I am at home I like to do thinking and reading on philosophy, rationality, self-improvement and other things so I am always keen to have a nice talk or discussion on a variety of topics.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would like to share my experiences and offer the couch in my flat some time.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have not done much couchsurfing, yet.
My only experience is my night in Hervey Bay where I stayed at Jeremy's house. (thanks for that awesome experience, mate!)

Music, Movies, and Books

I love Science Fiction, Fantasy and historic novels, but I love reading books in general.
Favourite books would be Eragon (quadrology), The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, Trudi Canavan's books, and a lot more)

I like Science Fiction, Action films and Thrillers and a "Chickflick" or "Highschoolmovie" from time to time to have a bit of fun ;-)

I like lots of different music, but most of my favourite music is Rock, Classic, Folk and Metal. (Artists would be Breaking Benjamin, Evanescence, Fiddler's Green, Tchaikovsky, and a lot of others)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Standing under the vast black sky in the outback of Western Australia, looking up and seeing thousands of tiny little blinking stars and the Milky Way.
Standing on Echo Point in the Blue Mountains and gazing over the vast valley next to the Three Sisters while the sun is setting.
Swimming in the plunge pools of the Florence Falls in Litchfield NP.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have to offer computer and programming skills; wide general knowledge in science (and science fiction ^^); a little rockclimbing, soccer and basketball; table tennis; a few skills in thinking/rationality; a lot of sources for knowledge.

I would love to learn a lot but here are some important things that I would like to improve/learn:
improve my French; learn Esperanto and Spanish (just know a few words); improve my thinking/rationality skills; parkour; Aikido (or self defense in general)
