ABOUT ME

I think I'm a open-minded and friendly guy with who you can have a good conversation about any topic and hang out and have fun with.

Since 2010, when I had my first experience abroad, I started to look for different ways of travelling while working or volunteering.

My first experience was in Rotterdam (Holland) where I did my Erasmus, then I worked in the Azores (Portugal)and volunteered in Braila (Romania). Nowadays I'm a Master student in Sweden but doing the thesis in the US.

- Moldova: Chisinau.
- Romania: Brasov, Timisoara, Arad, Cluj.Napoca, -Braila, Bucuresti.
- Bulgaria: Yambol, Sofia, Plovdiv and Burgas.
- Hungary: Budapest.
- Serbia: Belgrade.
- Bosnia and Herzegovina: Sarajevo (We were 12 surfers in the same house, amazing experience!!) and Široki Brijeg.
- Croatia: Zagreb and Zadar.
- Macedonia: Tetovo.
- Turkey: Istanbul.

Interests

My main interest is traveling!!!

I like to hang out with my friends and meet new people and talk about all kind of topics.

I like sports, especially basketball (I played all my life). I enjoy watching football, I'm a Barcelona fan. Barça!!! I also scuba dive and I took some classes of surf and windsurf. Now, here in Sweden I'm starting to learn how to iceskate!

My other interest (let's say the professional one) is science. I love science, especially biolgy and medicine. I want to steer my career to research.

I like old Rock and Roll, the Beatles, Stones, Neil Young, Springsteen, ACDC, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Cash, Dylan, Cohen...
Also like new bands, like The Black Keys, Mumford and Sons, Arcade Fire, Beirut, Junip...
I always to like to discover new bands and follow friends recommendations.

I am a passionate fan of TV serie: Game of Thrones, Breaking Bad, Mad Men, Dexter, How Imet your family, The big band theory, Modern Family, The office, Fringe, Lost, Spartacus, Sherlock, Into the Flesh, The Walking Dead, Homeland, Sons of Anarchy, The wire, Boadwalk Empire...
I like cinema, but I don't have a defined topic. From old classics like Sergio Leone's or Kubric's to the blockbuster movies (depending which one, of course!)

I also love reading, nowadays I'm reading Lolita.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I hitch-hiked (and couchsurfed) through all Eastern Europe (from Budapest to Istanbul), and the most amzing of all this is having the chance to meet new people with so interesting things to explain about themselves and the places where they live. I have learnt a lot during the trip.

I lived in Azores for half a year. There, I saw the most beautiful landscapes, although after having visited the Balkans we could discuss it...
