ABOUT ME

I believe in society. My goal is to know more about it. I love cultures and languages. I've always been interested in maps and countries. I have a passion for geography. I come from South America. I'm 100% Bolivian. I love life, although it's hard to appreciate it sometimes. I love to bike and hike. I have an endless passion for guitar and music.

It is perfect, everything is possible. One has to find ways to make all things possible, because one can find anything in this wonderful life.
Enjoy life's beauties: sadness, glory, fear, shyness, passion... these make us understand what life is all about. Experiencing its perfection.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've been surfing so far, but one day I hope to host and pay back all the kindness that has been given to me by host and people I met through CS.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

CS has made me understand more about myself, and my surroundings. I feel more confident about me. I've met wonderful people. It has been one of my best schools of life.
The only "bad" thing about CS is that I end up missing the people I surf with and meet during my travels, but great memories make me understand that life is all about experiences that make you a better person.

Interests

I love to play music. I could play music 24/7, but there are other wonderful beauties in this life that I can do. I like art. I make friendship bracelets. I like to explore different culture. I'm not a great cook but I enjoy cooking especially when it's something I haven't done before. I love food, I so far i have not found something that is disgusting (As soon as it is edible, of course). Art is always something I adore, whether it is a sculpture or dance. I like languages and all the mysteries behind their origins.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love classical music in general, especially modern and contemporary music. Villa-Lobos and Bach are my favorite compose. I like world music. I've been into Mongolian and Portuguese/Catalan music lately.

I also enjoy indie, rock, new age, and lounge. Among my favorite artists are King of Convenience, Paco de Lucia, Ojos de Brujo, Feist, Edward Sharpe..., Rodrigo y Gabriela, Ryuichi Sakamoto, Joe Satriani, Frank Zappa, Enya, Jean Michel Jarre, etc.

I like all kinds of movies. Among my favorites are Babel, Sweeney Todd, Motorcycle Diaries, etc.

I mostly read Drama and Fiction. Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Thomas Mann, Voltaire, Dan Brown are among my favorite writers.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went whale watching in San Juan Islands, WA. It was an experience that I will never forget. The weather was beautiful and the people too.

Exploring Seattle for 10 days. I ended up knowing a lot about Seattle's culture.

Lake Titicaca was an amazing experience too. It was an experience where I learned more about nature and my roots.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you guitar. If you already know how yo play guitar, I can teach some classical guitar tricks. There's always something knew in guitar. I am a Spanish tutor and amateur writer, so feel free to ask any questions about Spanish.

I teach you how to make bracelets. I can always teach you Spanish.

I would always love to improve my English, there is always new words I can learn. Teach me your language!!!
