Well,
I love movies, photos, cultures, languages, politics etc.
And so far, I have been trying to do all those things, making movies, opening photo exhibitions, learning new languages and cultures etc. etc. etc.

PHILOSOPHY

There is nothing more important than human beings. Not even a country, not even a religion. Nothing! And if there is a will, there is always a way!

I participate as much as possible, even if it is just meeting up with someone and having a tea or a coffee.

I love these directors: Bernardo Bertulocci, Pedro Almodovar, Martin Scorsese, Francis F. Coppola, Yilmaz Guney, Bahman Ghobadi, Mohsen Makhmalbaf. Favorite movies, too many, but for starters: Taxi Driver, Godfather, Y Tu Mama Tambien, Amores Perros, Sheltering Sky, Last Tango In Paris, Love Me If You Dare, Carmen, The Last Emperor, The Dreamers, Habla Con Ella, Yol, Suru, Time For Drunken Horses, Turtles Can Fly, Blackboard, There Will Be Blood etc...

Albert Camus is by far my favorite author. Some books I like: The Stranger, The Kingdom And Exile, The Plague, When Nietzsche Wept, My Father's Rifle, Season Of Migration To The North,The Margarita And The Master, Death Of A Salesman, Love In The Time Of Cholera, etc...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Last time I was in Spain, Spain had won European Championship, and this time, the day I arrived in Spain, they won the World Cup. I would say that is pretty amazing, no?

Teach, Learn, Share

Well, this is not to be an obnoxious know-it-all, but I have a fairly good understanding of the Middle East, in all aspects, language, culture, cuisine, political problems, economy, history etc., and movies, so if anyone is interested, I believe I could share what I know.
And I would love to learn about people's culture, life-style, language, political views, etc. And my two ears will always be ready to listen to whoever wants to share some of their precious knowledge with me!
