I am a business owner in a learning technology company, A.B.D. with a doctorate in Education, Curriculum and Instruction. I am working on a Master's in Project Management, and getting certified with a PMP. I have taught part time at a local university. I am part of an intentional community and we are in the process of growing.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am offering couches to select folks! Who knows, one day, I might just go surfing!

Btw, if you go to our household charter, there is nothing "adult" about it. However, Google Sites is so persnickety about what goes there, I decided to err on the side of caution! That info is about our intentional community. Visiting guests are not required to take on those disciplines; however, they may be of interest.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couch surfed at the residents of two g/f's throughout my time going to University of Texas at Austin, as well as couch surfing while I was in school that year. Every semester, I had to find a new couch to stay on for 2 days a week. It was very fun! Yes, sometimes I paid, never more than $150/month.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I used to be a barrel racer. In August, 2010, I saw a mama grizzly and her babies at Yellowstone National Park! They were all of 30 ft away! YIKES! (Fortunately, there were lots of people there, and I knew I could trip one of them as I ran!)
