I am an ocean loving nomad with hippie tendencies. I'm half American and half Venezuelan, so I enjoy cultural mixes and gatherings. I appreciate open minded people and love exchanging ideas and thoughts. Nature and ocean conservation are my passions, so I dedicate my life towards building a world where people can prosper while preserving the vital ecosystems we need to live.
I am very honest, relaxed, and enjoy peace and quietness. I am passionate about what I do and I like committing myself to meaningful causes. I love learning languages and about cultures.
I like creativity and enjoy unique individuals, no matter how different they are from me. I am fascinated by people with backgrounds and cultures different than my own. I enjoy intellectually stimulating people and conversations. I really like being outdoors and love the harmony and coexistence of nature. I get my adrenaline up by SCUBA diving, hiking, walking in nature, cycling and running. I also love gardening and taking care of animals.

As long as I can, I love hosting anyone in need of a home.

I've hosted over 60 couchsurfers and I have couchsurfed in almost 10 countries. I love meeting different I enjoy people that are relaxed and easy going. People who enjoy cooking, music, and sharing experiences, thoughts, and ideas. People unique in character.

Interests

Progressive ideas. We enjoy everything sustainable. We are environmental conservationists and feminists.
Among many other things, we love yoga, dancing, laughing, relaxing, peace, traveling, languages, thinking about society, growing up intellectually, never stressing out, sustainable development, open mindness, running, biking, COOKING (with lots of garlic), photography, African music, African markets, environmental sustainability, food security and international affairs.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived in West Africa for four years, two of them as a Peace Corps Volunteer in an amazing village (no electricity, running water, or paved roads) working with local agricultural cooperatives facilitating food security strategies. This is the best, most formative, live changing, experience I've had.
