About Me

Just a regular guy that enjoys life as it comes :-) Easy going, laid back when travelling, good companion, respectful, eager for fun as well as smart conversations. Love to relate to people.

Home is in Costa Rica, but I spent the last winter in Europe and now I'm living in Santiago de Chile. I hope I can explore the Patagonia on motorbike... I've already got the bike! :-)

I started hosting again in Santiago as I got a place near Costanera Mall. Ping me !

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

A good friend of mine told me about CS in 2008 and then I started hosting people in Costa Rica. Through CS I've met incredible, amazing people and some of my best friends.

If I can do anything for anyone, any hint or advice, please let me know.

Interests

I love motorbikes, outdoors, mountaineering, offroading, climbing, biking, photography, playing music (a couple of instruments), reading, meditation, and want to learn to fly... real planes!

Music, Movies, and Books

Books: The 4 agreements, Terre des Hommes, poetry. Movies: mostly independent and latin cinema, but also fun & smart hollywood movies. Music: progressive rock, folk, classic, trova...very open minded and eclectic (not so much for hard core heavy metal or regaetton...sorry)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of my most dear memories is chanting and jumping along with a massai tribe in Tanzania, just for the sake of being happy. Trekking in Nepal or the French Alps was also incredible...

If in anyway I can affect positively the life of others, I find it amazing.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: I believe more in sharing my thoughts and experiences so people can decide what to take and what to let go from me.
Learn: anything!! really, I love to learn!
Share: it like to read/cook for my friends, and show Ecuador / Costa Rica geography / culture to visitors. I'm proud of my people and my culture.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Hospitality, tao reading, a nice chat, a motorbike trip, a beer, local food on a market... Maybe tequila or a good margarita and some party, why not! :-)

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, France, Guatemala, India, Italy, Kenya, Mexico, Nepal, Netherlands, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, Spain, Tanzania, United States, Uruguay, Vatican City State

Countries I’ve Lived In
