ABOUT ME

I spent the first 18 years of my life Vantaa and Helsinki in Finland - although even by then I had traveled a bit in Finland and in Europe. After that I went to a university in Aberdeen, Scotland and now I'm spending an exchange year in Akita, Japan. I've made a lot of friends from different countries and I feel that it has broadened my horizons about the world and life.

I have an open mind and want to collect different experiences. People tell me I'm social, charming, and easy to get along with. I like to have fun, go out, and do something spontaneous and hilarious, but also sometimes enjoy more relaxing time with my friends or alone.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that your life is what you make of it. You should do what you enjoy and not be limited by what others expect you to do. I like to see things in a positive light - that way everything will always end well.

Who would've guessed that I like to collect different kinds of experiences and memories? I like nature and hiking but like to visit big cities as well.

I like to relax, have fun, do unexpected things - but also talk about literature, current affairs, politics, and history!

For music and movies I can listen to and watch a lot of things and like them. My favourites are not based on the genre. As for books, I'm beginning to learn that classics are classics for a reason.
