ABOUT ME

Hi, my name is Summer. Originally I'm from Xi'an (the place where Terra Cotta Warriors is located). Now I live in Shanghai after my family moved there a few years ago. I love both Xi'an and Shanghai; one is historical and the other one is modern. I had an amazing time studying in the UK (N.Ireland), got a master's degree there, and visited lots of wonderful places and meeting many awesome people. So much to reminisce about. I think life itself is a miracle. -Isn't it really a privilege to breathe and experience all the great things life can offer. I am becoming appreciate this wonderful world more and more as I grow older, for all the people who have come to my life and all the moments we shared whether they stayed for a period or longer. Life is series of memories in the end, isn't it? Just to make sure we all enjoy the process all along. Besides, there's always so much to look forward to next. So, go and get the life you want! As for myself, I see myself as an easy-going, optimistic, open-minded, and resilient person. I enjoy meeting new people and having either a light-hearted or thought-provoking conversation with people from different countries. I would be more than happy to tell you all about Chinese culture and teach you Chinese if we get a chance to meet !
