HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I haven't yet participated, but am looking forward to meeting new people. I can't host yet, but hope to someday when I can get my wife on board with it. But in the meantime I'd be happy ot share a drink and/or a meal with visitors and show them around my adopted city of Seattle.

Most types of music, although not a big fan of country and western. Almost any kind of movie, be it documentary, action adventure, sci-fi, comedy or thriller. Also almost any kind of book, although partial to Sci-fi, historical fiction, and science based non-fiction.

Flying by Angel Falls in Venezuela on a beautiful day, followed shortly thereafter by riding the Carribean waves for a week on a three-masted barquentine through the Grenadines. It was a journey I'll never forget.

I could teach you how to build a house, program a computer, cook a tasty meal, or shoot a mean game of 8-ball. I'd like to learn how not to kill a house plant.
