Overview
About Me
I am a person who is always changing! I don't like to be the same person from yesterday! So I always try to push myself out my comforte zone and open myself to different things.
I worked as a theatre producer. I like all kinds of arts (performance, movies, dance, music, visual arts...) outdoor activities (hiking, biking, spending a weekend with friends in somewhere other than home) swimming, traveling...
I like spending time with people around me and people I don't know yet but who will be my friend in the future. Exploring new culture is always the one of my favorite, doesn't matter how.
You will find I'm easy to get along with. I don't live by many rules, this is perhaps the best things about me.
I love like clean. I totally respect your living habits and whatever rules you have in your home. Oh BTW, it's always a pleasure to make homemade Chinese food for my friend. :)))))
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I choose couchsurfing because I think a big part of travel is to get to know new friends and local people's life. I do this when I am traveling and I will keep this positive dynamic going by offer my place to other CS. The most interesting part of travel is when you understand how life can be so different and beautiful in another part of the world and, surprisingly enough, how people might share common minds even though they live in such distant culture.
Sometimes we make life-long friends within just one or two days. Sometimes we fall in love with a city and decide to live there for the rest of our life when we just arrive. Sometimes, we meet people who will leave irreplaceable trace in our life.
My stay at the first host on couchsurfing, although for only 2 days, was one of the most memoriable experience in my life. Meeting new people and entering into the new world they bring to me will be the most precious moments in my whole life.
Interests
No need to say, travel is the first. It's unique. Nothing gives same experience. I want to open myself to the new parts of this big world.
I used to like video games a lot, spent all summer vacations staying at home playing them or watch movies.
I like music. I started to listen to metal music about 14 years ago and started to like classical, jazz, atomspherical, electronic, etc...I learned playing drums in college for a year and managed to play Enter Sandman by Metallica.
While learning English I spent tons of time watching English TV programs. My favorites are The Game of Throne (amazing views in it are also part of reason why I like travel), House of Cards, Big Bang Theory, Friends.
I swim almost every other day. Really can't live without it. Exercise is like drug to me, so addicted to it. Which is also the reason why I like outdoor activities, hiking on Alps and going to the Black Forrest will be in this trip!
Also I like cooking. There is something I feel pretty good about it that I just don't know how to describe.
Most importantly, I love arts. Theatre, dance, installation, paintings, photography.

Music, Movies, and Books
that's just too many to list....I am currently reading A Brief History of Time by Stephen Hawking on this 80 days long Europe trip I am having. Isn't it interesting to soak yourself in different culture while you gradually have a clearer understanding of our world and the universe we are living in?
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I climbed Tai mountain in Shandong province, China from late night to morning, against heavy rain (this was not expected...). Me and my team started at around 22:00 and got to a small platform that's only 100 meters away from peak at 4:00 in the morning!!! We were all wearing air-proof plastic rain coat. Even though rain couldn't get in, our sweat couldn't get out either. So we were wet both inside and outside. We never reached peak because of the heavy fog (or maybe we were in cloud!!). When we went down from peak, sun came out and we finally saw how beautiful the mountain was, especially compare to what we saw in dark night (actually you can't see anything in complete darkness;))!! I was so exhausted that I slept for almost 18 hours that night! But this is surely one of the most crazy things I've down so far and the experience was unique.
