Overview
About Me
I'm an easy-going guy from Florida, currently living and working in Taipei, Taiwan. I like to chill, play music, write, and have a craft beer every now and again. If you put me up and you have a guitar, I'll be happy to sing for you. :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love to travel and meet new people. I much prefer the company of interesting strangers who can help me get acquainted with their city over the dreary loneliness of hotels. New experiences are what make the world go 'round... let's create more of them!

Music, Movies, and Books
I love acoustic singer-songwriter-type indie music, hip-hop, and great songs of any genre.I'm a casual reader, and I mostly read non-fiction books related to spirituality. Favorite fiction books include: Life of Pi, Stephen King's IT, anything by A. A. Milne, Ice and Fire series, etc.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've swum with sharks three times (unintentionally).
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm fluent in Mandarin and Korean, happy to share pointers on either language. I'd love to learn other dialects of Chinese, especially Taiwanese or Cantonese.
What I Can Share with Hosts
As I said above, I can share language skills; I can also share some musical knowledge. In addition to skill-sharing, I can share my positivity and joy, as well as lend a helping hand around the house if need be.
