Overview
About Me
A proud Asian American with a big heart for people and a huge desire to make the world a better place.
I believe myself to be authentic, loving, kind, fun-loving and generous.
I am friendly and love finding new friends--although that seems to be a given in the Couchsurfing community!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because getting to meet and know people while traveling is one of the best parts of getting out into the world.
I love forging new friendships and get connected with people who have a curiosity and open-minded attitude about the world.
Interests
Interested in anything and everything.
I have and will continue to have more interests than I can insert into this page.
Animals will always have a special place in my heart. I grew up watching documentaries on National Geographic, researching animals online for hours (especially dog breeds, can't put my fingrr on why), and reading countless library books about wildlife from all over the world.
I love horses and can be considered a former barn rat (someone who hangs around the barn all the time).
Different cultures and lifestyles amaze me to no end. The abundance of life and how it's lived...astounding.
Dancing!! Hip hop has a special place in my heart, but I find all forms of dancing interesting.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Been to and lived in Northeast India for 3 months, a place where few outsiders have been.
Witnessed a protest against the police in India and having our traveling group's driver run off to enjoy the Holly Festival because the protest was blocking the road. We found the driver.
Slip n' slided on the bridge connecting the island and mainland at Victoria falls with strangers
Teach, Learn, Share
Well, anything. We can play it by ear.
I've learned a different song on guitar in the three countries I've lived in the past few months.
I love learning and teaching languages. Languages and music are two ways I have connected with people well during my travels.
I could teach you hip hop dance moves. Do you know how to do the Spongebob?
One unique thing I could share is my Asian American perspective and the Korean-American culture that exists in SoCal.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Nothing yet. I will most definitely love to generously reciprocate when I'm in a position to do so.
