HI, I AM KIND OF NEW HERE, BUT CAN'T WAIT TO START MY JOURNEY NOW! I AM QUIET AND AS WELL TALKATIVE, WHEN HAVING THE RIGHT ONE TO TALK. I HOPE TO HEAR THE TRAVELLING STORIES OF YOU ALL AND HOW IT CHANGED YOU AND POSSIBLY CAN CHANGE ME...

PHILOSOPHY

Before 20, I was an utter stoicist, a top student in class and probably the most feminist 20-year-old girl.

Now, I was a dreamer and a practioner, a little cynic, but not too cynic to be reclusive. I enjoy time being with myself, still believing friends and love are the most essential gifts in life.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I join CS in 2011, but so far mostly a bystander and a from-time-to-time participator in the local language interchange parties~~and I love teaching friends how to swear in Chinese.

Interests

COOKING: reason is simple: I like eating.
READING: currently stuggling with my first Spanish reading assignment
HIKING: If you think it's in a biking distance, I hike. If you think it's in a driving distance, I hike too. Build up your muscle and save money, why not?

Music, Movies, and Books

Movie
I love movies that make me think. But now I feel less capable of watching and digesting them when I am alone. I have loads of good movies but still watch the popcorn ones over and over again.

Music：Indie-pop is my favorite now.

Books: I like reading anything even dictionary but novels.

I used to be an English teacher back in China. So I can teach Chinese, and possibly English, given that you have no English-speaking friends around you who may later tell you that I am only teaching rubbish.

I can teach you Chinese cooking as well. And I got a cerficate for this, can you believe that?

I am a beginner Taichi practioner. I can show you some basic tricks in exchange for any dance that is fun.
