About Me

I love traveling and experiencing new stuff, that's what makes me feel being alive. I jumped off a cliff and surprisingly found out that I still remembered how to swim. I climbed up a bridge of a mountain, several times almost trapped down peacefully feeling the beauty of sunset. I walked around city at 2 am constantly when the star-gazing paid off every fear. I love new experience. I only live when I'm alive.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

From official hotels to airbnb, from airbnb to hostels. I tried to trust the world, trust people more and more by stepping out of the comfort zone. Every new experience make me thrilled yet excited, and I think I'm lucky that all my hosts and roommates are friendly an kind. This time I wanna try couchsurfing, further stepping out and exploring. I'll take the risk but I'm more certain that it'll be great.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: it totally depends on how I feel that day that moment. when I feel like relaxes and peaceful, pop, rock, gentle rock, electrical, indie would be the best. when I'm stressed from school or others, sad love songs would be the best. (you should try next time when you feel bad, just crying out the stress!!!) when I run, I usually listen to classic Chinese music that I grow up with, since then I'll be more into reflection of my life and that would distract me from feeling tired or boring. when late night party or walk, I prefer classic rock. Man they are so great! But most of the time I just randomly feel like certain type. I can't tell which one is my favorite, and I can't remember singers name or songs' names. Music is music, music saves your souls.

Movies: to be honest, it's been a long time since I loved a movie so much that I could tell immediately. But on top of my head, Guardians of Galaxy would be my fav at this point. I'm not a fan of romance movie cuz I believe more love stories are happening around us anytime. oddly, I think documentations are really relaxing, especially after exams, I would just stream documentations and I really enjoyed. But besides movies, I am a fan of youtube. I love traveling blogs that people put up themselves. It always inspire me of my traveling destinations.

Books: I love books, sadly all my books are back at home. I'm a paper book fan but not opposed to kindle, since it's quite convenient. I'm reading Little Beach Street Bakery right now and I absolutely love it. Again, I don't have a favorite book, since the more I read, the more "fav" books I have. But I don't prefer biography of celebrity cuz I don't believe that a book can tell a person's life. There's millions of millions of moments of a person's life, shrinking them in a book is just biased by the author. I don't like it. Also with history book, I don't believe it.
