ABOUT ME

I like to think I'm a pretty nice person. I'm talkative and social, spontaneous and adventurous. Also, I'm shy, quiet and modest but always curious. I like to dream a lot. I like to make my dreams come true. I'm the type of person that only wants to see the good in people.

I own two businesses in New Orleans, Mojo Coffee House at 1500 Magazine St. and the other being a boutique kind of place called Miette at 2038 Magazine St. I'm very crafty. I'd like to meet new people who can show me how their lives and cities are beautiful. I love to see what other people love about life. I love to dress up in costume and living in New Orleans gives me an excuse to do so all the time. I love to travel. I dont like staying in one place very long.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm always down for treating couch surfers to some coffee and conversation especially Scandinavian ones. Im not so great at keeping up with my emails so if you are in town its best to just stop by and ask for me at the coffee shop and let them know you are from couchsurfing. They will call me and let me know. Im there weekdays in the mornings around 8:30am until ?. I am however always near by if Im not there so it never takes me too long to get there. ;)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Im a little person so I take up less space than a large dog. I always try to leave people and places better than I found them.I went couchsurfing in Norway and it was one of the best experiences of my life. I met the most amazing people while traveling because of this site.

Interests

I'm most interested in becoming fluent in speaking Norwegian.

I love coffee obviously. Its the first thing I will go looking for when I wake up. I love slow mornings with long breakfasts. I love visiting new coffee shops. I love to eat new food.

I really want to see and experience the Scandinavian music scene!

I'm open to anything and everything right now. I want to experience life for a while outside of New Orleans. I want to watch people. I want to meet people. I want to enjoy them. I'm trying to live so well that one day I dare to die too.

Teach, Learn, Share

I've always worked for myself some way or another. I'm very good at opening a business. I can share business knowledge for sure.

I make resin jewelry for fun so I can definitely teach someone how to do that and its really fun. I like to make very little girly things.

I can cook some really fattening flavorful cajun food.
