Overview
About Me
I'm from Costa Rica, currently living in Cottbus, Germany and studying a master in Heritage Conservation. This is the first time I'm living abroad and I'm trying to change a little bit the direction of my life and make the most out if it so traveling, exploring the world from different perspectives and making new friends is what it is about now.
As per describing myself a little I'm a friendly warm person, chill but most of the time with lots of energy, who enjoys almost everything related with plants, arts, agriculture, cooking (no meet), yoga, sustainable living practices, and architecture. Some things that I really enjoy to do are painting and drawing, planning trips, walk around the city drinking a beer, spent the afternoon in a park, drink coffee, play with my nephew, take a swim in the lake and occasionally going out and dance the entire night. I'm always happy to meet new people and share different experiences and if it makes your heart full and happy I'll be joyful to hear about it!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I’m not accepting request on August or September because I’m traveling and then I’ll be moving out my current apartment.
————
My first experience in Couchsurfing was on my first trip to Europe, my older brother was already living in Berlin for a while, and in one of our trips, we diced to go to Italy and found a couch from an amazing girl in Rome, I really enjoyed it and coming from Latinamerica the whole concept of community, help, and trust behind Couchsurfing at that time was a real eye-opener. But since that time I started studying Architecture (not to much time to do long trips) and whenever I was traveling I would stay most of the time with friends. So in case you wonder, that is why I've been a member since so long but was not a really active one (because I’ve been asked). But now the story has changed, I'm living by myself and have the time and space to travel more, host people, or just share a drink and make new friends.
