Me...what a question...there so much to say. I was born at Mexico City and I live there. I really enjoy to share experiences with other people and know different places and how their habitants think, live and feel.

I adore to be in contact with nature, dance, read, travel, cook and get surprised with the new things I learn everyday. I love the little details of life that make it amazing!!!

PHILOSOPHY

Live...Just live, just be!!! We constantly think in having, but we forget being...because the only thing that we have is the present moment, just this and this is unvaluable.

I believe in the power of mind like a big instrument to begin a change in our lifes.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would like to have a coffee with new abroad friends, I could give them a tour across the big Mexico City. And maybe have a drink and go to dance. I would like to do the same when I visit Australia or US.

I studied Psychology specialized in psychophysiology, I´m very passionate about the conection mind-body(soul). I enjoy to exercise at gym, cook healthy food and cultivate mind and spirit. I like to dance and share fun moments with my friends riding a bike or talking for hours.
