ABOUT ME

I'm always up for a good time! I'm down with getting coffee, grabbing a beer, going to shows and concerts, or out for a jog.

I love meeting new people, even if I seem shy at first!

I'm pretty athletic and can't stand to stay inside alone all day. After working at my desk all day, come quitting time I'm usually out for a run or pilates.

I'm also a health nut and a really bad vegan (or a really good vegetarian!), cookies and donuts are my demise =D

PHILOSOPHY

I'm not religious, but I believe that good things in life come to those who do good.

I'm really compassionate about nature and animals (yes, that's why I'm vegetarian, though the health benefits are a plus!)
And no, I won't hassle you about what you eat - however, the first time you say something like "I don't know how you can eat that tofu-stuff", you better prepare yourself ;)

Interests

I love learning new things, especially about robotics and space. I just recently graduated from the Aerospace Engineering program at The University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, and now live in Atlanta getting my masters degree in Aerospace Systems Design.

I'm also very passionate about music, I love going to shows and concerts. I also play classical piano in my free time and the tuba in the Downriver Community Band.

Camping is one of my favorite vacation activities, regardless of the weather, and I def prefer a tent or camper over a hotel anytime.

Music, Movies, and Books

MUSIC! I love music, and can appreciate any artist for their musical talent, even if it's not my taste.
I prefer hardcore, metal, ska, emo, and some indie stuff these days, but I'll probably sing along to any country, rap, or pop song that comes on the radio too.

I've been playing classical piano since I was 8 and tuba since 12. I pretend to play the guitar and drums sometimes lol.

I love science fiction books! (Douglas Adams is my favorite <3 <3)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Backpacking around northern Germany was a great experience, even though the Baltic Sea area can be soooo cold in December! Would definitely do it again and can't wait to go back.
