I love to learn about other people and their traditions and customs, therefore I want to learn as much as I can about every culture I can.

ABOUT ME

I am 29 years old and am from Upstate NY, United States. I am fun, have superb people skills and also like to have fun, love hanging out, relaxing, or playing sports. Nature awes me: the stars, big bodies of water, beautiful landscapes. I appreciate art very much but I cannot create any of it. I am from a bigggg and crazy family and I wouldn´t have it any other way. I need to be active but I hate running, enjoy conversations with friends even if there is a language barrier, and absolutely love new people and new experiences.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I spent a year living and working in Madrid, Spain, and I did a lot of traveling and was able to meet a lot of awesome people through couchsurfing. I prefer to get to know an area by having a local show me. I also love the exchange of languages and cultures! Meeting new people and learning new cultures is very exciting to me.

I believe that if you like to travel and stay with people, then you should also love to host, and though I haven't hosted much, I do try to meet up with people and share conversation, coffee spots, culture and laughter.

兴趣

Music, Latin dancing, yoga, being active, indoor rock climbing, nature, hiking, oceans, stars, Harry Potter, Dave Matthews Band (better known as my good friend Dave ;) ), Kings of Leon, traveling, VOLLEYBALL, hanging out with friends, cooking, drinking/tasting wine, eating fantastic food.

Dave Matthews Band, Train, Kings of Leon, Katy Perry, Prince Royce, Pitbull... really any music. I love the Harry Potter books and like comedies and romance movies (or a fun mix of the two).

Cliff jumped in Mallorca, Spain... as well as in Lake George, NY. Both were very exhilarating.

I learned a lot in college: what it means to be a true friend, to be there for someone when they are most in need, to really have to take time out of your day to stay connected with old friends; responsibility and leadership; being determined and not letting other people influence you for the worst; oh yeah, and Spanish and Advertising (my majors). I prefer to learn from everything I do in my life.
