I'm a canadian working abroad. Currently living in Europe with Rebeca, my partner from Catalunya. We're heading to New Zealand in mid November.

I have mostly been traveling in the past years, mainly with working holiday visas. I've been 2 years in New Zealand and 2 years in Australia, mainly to do fruit picking jobs and similar farmwork. In the last year I was mainly in France doing the same.

Before that, I've been studying in politics, economics and philosophy in Montreal. I've really been thinking hard about what to do in the coming years, to find a way of being self employed and still having the opportunity of traveling.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I've met twice couchsurfing local guides, once in Probolinggo, Indonesia and once in Penang, Malaysia. It was a real pleasure to be guided through local street foods and lesser known secrets of these towns, and to have the opportunity to share thoughts and experiences with people of different nationality and backgrounds than me. I hope to continue doing so my life goes on

Intereses

I'm really passionate about cultural exchanges. I love discovering new architecture, languages, food culture and natural landmarks, amongst other things.

I also enjoy hiking mountains and sea cliffs, discovering species of plants and animals. I'm really fond of diving and observing the exotic and eerie fauna and floral that lives under the waves.
