ABOUT ME

I have only hosted so far and I loved the experiences. I find that I really enjoy meeting new people, being a host and seeing my city from the point of view of visitors - fresh pair of eyes and all!

I like to do too many things to count. Knitting, sewing, drawing, eating, watching movies, reading books, going to the theater, going to concerts ... going to concerts - definitely! Just enjoying life while I can.

PHILOSOPHY

I honestly believe that people ought be able to live with their own guidelines as long as it does not hurt others or keep others from practicing their own beliefs. This is difficult ... I can have more thoughts on it once this is accomplished in my life!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had the pleasure of hosting some awesome people visiting Madison while I lived there. In a short time I have made new friends!! At this point i have also had the pleasure of hosting in Philadelphia and it has been a wonderful experience.

Some from the past ... It, Mayabela (It is a Bengali word meaning girlhood - but it is written in English), The Watchmen, Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, iRobot. I did enjoy reading the Harry Potter books ...

I am currently a scientist at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. I am from Bangladesh but I have lived and grown up in 3-4 other countries and currently reside in Philadelphia, PA, U.S.A. - Few interesting things I hope that I have learned from and would love to talk about.
