Word of mouth. I thought it'd be nice to meet people from all over the world offering them an accommodation.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Last 7 years were total couch surfing experience for me:I have lived in a dorm with other 2 roommates for 4 years and another 3 at different times have shared an accommodation with people of 10 different nationalities.
Aside from that, I've crashed at my friends' homes many times.

Music, Movies, and Books

These things are the huge part of my life so it's merely impossible to fit everything in this box. That simply because I've watched lots of films from early Chaplin and UFO's under Geobbels to controversial pieces of Coen Brothers and I can't just pick some of them and say "these i like".
The same with literature.
Music is easy: I prefer "easy-listening" music, acid jazz, jazz. depends
