ABOUT ME

I grew up in Sichuan, China, the province famous for spicy food and panda. Moved to England when I was 16 and lived there for 7 years until I finished graduate school last year and decided to take a year off to do some travelling.

I'm always up for new adventures and meeting people from different parts of the world to know about their cultures. I love travelling and trying all the yummy local food.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I used to host when I had a house in York. Unfortunately I can't host at the moment as I'm travelling, but I'd love to meet interesting CSers and share our life stories.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I started Couchsurfing when I was backpacking around Indonesia in 2010 and I met lots of amazing people during the trip.

After my Indo trip, I started hosting travellers in York, and have met some of the most awesome people.

Interests

I love all kinds of outdoor activities. Hiking on a sunny day,swimming in the ocean,scuba diving, surfing and travelling.

I'm a huge foodie so I love cooking and experimenting with new recipes.

I just started learning Salsa,Bachata, and I'm loving it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Backpacked around Indonesia on my own for two months.
Went to 'Thousand Island' with my host in Jarkata and his 15 other friends,had the time of my life.

Dived with a sea turtle in Bali.

Hiked through the five coastal villages of the Cinque Terre in Italy.

Climbed the Volcanic mountain in Tenerife

I can teach you Chinese.

I'd love to learn Spanish, Salsa,surfing and anything interesting that you'd like to teach.
