Hi! I am a person with diverse interests looking to expand my views on the world. I love trying new things and so I have collected a wide array of hobbies such as kombucha brewing, Chinese yo-yo, flow fan art, contortion and weight lifting among others. I think it's really important to take advantage of the time we have here on this earth, and so I want to have as many cool experiences as possible!Traveling is one of the best ways to do this in my opinion, so world here I come. There is little I won't try and I hope through this experience I can try a whole lot!

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I love to travel authentically. Really experience the culture of the place I'm in and see it through the local's eyes. Couchsurfing is really helpful in this regard! Meeting new people who know the area, getting recommendations and just overall making new connections with like minded people sounds awesome!

Intereses

I love the outdoors and I do a lot of hiking and swimming when I can. I love kids and have worked with all ages over the last few years.I also enjoy reading, biking and board games in my spare time. I play the acoustic guitar and wrote my first couple of songs recently!

Music: depends on the day really. I would say a lot of the music I listen to is classic rock, indie, alternative, folk, and acoustic stuff but if I like a song the genre isn't important!

Books: I love novels and memoirs in particular.

Movies: I like a good drama or comedy.

I've been in the Arctic ocean! I took a road trip up the treacherous Dalton highway, one of the most isolated and dangerous roads in the US and went as far north in Alaska as possible and got to step foot in the Arctic ocean.

I would love to teach some origami. I also love to learn new languages and teach from the ones I know/am currently learning.

I can offer any knowledge I have whether that be about the Montessori system (I worked as a Montessori assistant teacher for two years), basic guitar skills, language or anything else I know about I'm willing to share! I can also offer my company (if that's something you're interested in) and lend a hand with whatever it is you may need.
