Hi everyone,

My name is Yaël and I am a 23 year old hard working art student living in Rotterdam(Holland).
I love art, especially modern art! right now I am studying Lifestyle which is really broad actually, but eventually I hope to become a curator/ art-critic/ tour guide in a museum our something else to inspire others with the lovely stories behind modern art!
What I also like to do is reading, watching series, photography, shopping vintage and of course travel! To be able to do all this I work at a museum during the weekends. Unfortunately only in the coffeebar and restaurant but "hey", at least I am in the museum already:)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have just joined couch surfing, because a friend recommend it(that's why I have not so much recommendation yet). It was actually on my bucket list but have never done it before. I like travelling alone from time to time, this way I can really experience a place on my own and also I can visit as much musea as I want without someone looking mad at me;)
I would love to get to know more people from all over the world while I am traveling and get some nice insiders information about the city! If you have questions please send me a message any time:)

Like I already mentioned I love modern art, traveling(especially city trips), reading, photography, watching series and movies and vintage shopping!

I like visiting cities cause they give so much energy and there is so much to see!
