Overview
About Me
I am a brazilian guy who loves to travel, hang out and meet new people. I'm new to couchsurfing, but since I recently moved to Essen, Germany to study, I think this will be a great way for me to make new friends and get to know more about the European culture. I am an easy-going, open-minded guy who likes to cook, drink beer, dance and have fun. I grew up in a small neighborhood in the big and crowded Rio de Janeiro. I love my home city and I am always up to give some local tips to travelers. As an environmental engineer I always try to think about my footprints and impact on earth. I love nature, staying outside, going hiking, swimming. I also try to be healthy and practice physical activities as often as I can.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am here because I am willing to meet local people and explore new cities the best way possible. It is always great for me to share my culture and also learn new habits from people I just met. I believe people always have something to share that you we don't know. Whenever I travel I try to understand how the local community works and how people live and I think Couchsurfing could make help me even more.
