Soy cocinere, me especializo en alimentacion conciente y saludable.
Aporto una cuota de ejercicio semanal para mantenerme saludable y feliz. Entreno principalmente calistenia pero me gusta todo lo q sea mover el cuerpo, desde danza hasta parkour. Me gusta compartir buenas charlas, música, comida, entrenamiento físico y mental, arte, cultura y también silencio.
