I'm no longer 23 and no longer travelling overland, but below is a little writeup I did when I was all of these things.

I'm 23 and Currently making my way overland to Australia!

I'm hoping to see some great sights. I would really like to see some unique, breathtaking landscapes and spend some time enjoying them.

So far I've been hitch hiking and I've been blown away by how friendly and interesting everybody is! I cant wait to see who I'll meet next!

I like things with meaning and purpose. I'm not a fan of bland, unoriginal, mass produced... well anything!

I'm a non-smoker and I have no pets with me :)

PHILOSOPHY

To lie on my death bed and be able to say, "Yeh, I lived a pretty full life".

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment I am looking to surf. But when I return home I will be offering up my own couch for others.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hitchiking around Armenia with Jeff was one of the most memorable weeks of my life. Not many people can say they hitch hiked to a remote Iranian border crossing and tried to enter with no Visa or money... just for the hell of it!

[films] Apocalyspe Now, Hayo Miyasaki films, Sci-Fi. Films that make you think. I'm not so keen on boring over-hyped "blockbusters". But I've never said no to a film or walked out.

[music] Chilled out stuff. Electronica. Some film soundtracks are great. Radiohead. Jefferson Airplane, The Doors, Anything with a purpose other than to make money or fame.

[books] Books that make me think! I like something powerful and compelling to read. I'm working my way through the classics but I have my work cut out!
